Welcome to my Blog Startupnyou. Before starting our journey together, few words about me and the birth story of this blog, after all we all like stories, isn’t it.
I am a techie worked with Indian IT Majors and MNCs for more than a decade and finally the entrepreneur bug bit me. I started realizing that my highly paid tech job didn’t pacify the thirst of building something on my own, where I can design, plan, build, tinker around and rebuild till I perfect. That was the moment our Company Aditi IT consultancy Services was born in 2010. I grew up as a pampered single child of a middleclass family. Dad always wanted to make me explore things, on my own, as I grew, he totally allowed me to try out anything I wanted I am interested at, may be it studies, extracurricular or learning life skills. As parents they gave me space and support to try my hands on new stuffs. It was a joint family setup and the whole family nurtured me to evolve as an empathetic, compassionate at the same time open to learn and adopt new things, while connected to roots and values where we came from. The way I have been bought up, indirectly inculcated all these qualities in me. Above that getting a life partner who willingly stand by your side for all the testing and trials you make and wants to see you as an achiever, is a boon I say and I got that boon as an extra premium package. Such a supporting pillar he is. You may be wondering how these things are connected to entrepreneurship.
Definitely yes, taking risk to come out of your comfort zone, standing out on your own, trial out different ways to succeed, after doing all these if you still fail, the self -confidence nurtured within you, in childhood, holds you tight and does not let you down, instead makes you re-assess yourself, correct your mistakes, find solutions to your problems, fine tune your weak areas, strengthen your positives and bounce bank gracefully. Whatever I have said now, I have gone through all these in my entrepreneurship journey. It was not an easy, smooth,” all is well” journey initially. As a first generation entrepreneur, I had my share of mistakes, flops, and losses, I researched, learnt my areas of mistakes, found ways to correct it now back in business with new avatar tasting the success. I am not a startup guru or a serial entrepreneur, or an angel investor, I am one among you being little ahead in the entrepreneurship journey. In this blog, I will be sharing those experiences for benefit of startups and going to explore more and bring more need of the hour inputs to you.
